The Stone House, Ludlow

Contract: The Stone House, Ludlow

Value: £250,000

Client: Private

The project consisted of a total refurbishment of a Grade II listed building that was formerly used as Ludlow County Council offices, into a five bedroom residential dwelling with offices and gallery space on the ground floor.

The building works involved the installation of specialist joinery-made sash windows and glazed doors, refurbishment works to the roof areas and rain water systems and complete alteration works internally.

Repairs were necessary to the decorative external and internal stucco features, as well as decorating the property both internally and externally.

External landscaping works were completed to include a new stone wall garden, patio areas and a new lawn.
