The Brief.
To cater for the ageing population there is a constant demand for more quality residential nursing homes. This project consisted of the construction of 30 new rooms for new residents to add to the ever growing Hampton Grange Nursing Home (part of Claridge Nursing Homes), located in the peaceful outskirts of Hereford City.
The construction of the residential building was a traditional building using sustainable finishes such as cedar cladding and a zinc roof.
Internally all the rooms were equipped with air conditioning, couple this with hot-air recovery systems and efficient windows means that all the rooms are comfortable at all times.
