The Brief.
Repairs works to a grade 2 listed tower located in the heart of Gloucester city centre. Works involved the installation of a new timber floor, glass and oak entrance doors, new kitchen facility, disabled toilet, mechanically oak louvers, underfloor heating and internal decorations.
The project difficulties involved the position of the site as it was located in the heart of the pedestrian centre of Gloucester. Deliveries needed to be thoroughly planned and scheduled and the works needed to be programmed to minimise noise during business hours of neighbouring properties.
