Estimator / Quantity Surveyor
We are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support our continued growth.
You will play a key part in the tendering, surveying and commercial management of a variety of construction projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both pre‑construction and live project stages.

- Assist with pre-tender qualification submissions (PQQ’s) and early appraisal of tender opportunities.
- Review tender documents and provide assessment of risks and opportunities.
- Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.
- Measuring and pricing materials, labour, and subcontract packages.
- Managing project costs from procurement through to final account.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Supporting project teams with commercial and contractual advice.
- Working as part of a team to deliver projects within budget and financial targets.
- Experience as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or similar role.
- Experience across multiple sectors in the construction industry.
- Clear understanding of construction processes, cost management and relevant legislation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND, degree, or equivalent).
- Experience within the local construction sector.
- Full UK driving licence.
