The Local Authority Building Control (LABC) award is a prize that is coveted by local authorities, designers and builders for extreme excellence in workmanship. The prize for this year was given to C J Bayliss (Hereford) Ltd for their works in restoring and converting a Grade II listed building on Church Street in the heart of Hereford.
